Two locations with a lot in common:
At both locations, a modern fleet of aircraft and a high standard of training serve the student’s needs, while most of them are working towards their commercial pilot’s licence. All of the instructors hold advanced licences, and many of them are actively flying in airlines. Wherever the need occurs, instructors and aircraft are interchanged between both locations so as to meet actual needs.
Sabadell
A small business airport near Barcelona, the famous city in the north east of Spain.
The flying school features a great variety of class rooms, an advanced simulator (FNPT II) , and besides helicopter training, there is also training for cabin crews, which makes this place a very lively one .
Needless to say, all means of weather communication, internet and briefing rooms are available.
And, don’t let’s forget the nice cafeteria besides the runway from where you may watch what happens on the runway and sip your coffee while talking to your fellow student colleagues.
Also, student accommodation at reasonable prices and all kinds of hotels are available.
Bilbao
An international airport featuring 2 runways offers whatever a pilot may wish and what a tourist will expect to see.
The modern airport is situated in fantastic landscape near the coast , with mountains to the south that remind you of the Austrian or German alps.
The international traffic at Bilbao, maritime weather and the mountains in the south provide a highly attractive mix of experiences as a pilot and tourist. Various smaller airports in the vicinity of Barcelona can be used for training, and will add to your experience (Santander, San Sebastian, Vitoria). The south of France is just a 20 minute flight! So, you’ll have a cup of coffee in France as well …
During high season – summer time – you will experience a comfortable range of temperatures between 24 and 28 deg Celsius (75 – 82 Fahrenheit), and there is always a gentle wind , which all adds to a very comfortable learning environment ( should you prefer rather tropical ranges of temperatures, you should opt for the south of Spain ) Sometimes you will also experience some rain or wind from the maritime climate, but that will only
prepare you for regions in Europe suffering from much , much more bad weather than you have in the north of Spain !

The flight school and its class rooms are located beside the airport with a nice view of the runway. All kinds of class rooms and briefing rooms are available as well as parking for cars.
Many locations on the coast side offer fantastic views of the sea and the mountains, and beaches will be inviting, for a weekend break !
